Plumbing in Victoria is licensed end to end. Anyone doing plumbing work must hold current registration or a licence in the relevant class, and you can check any practitioner on the Building and Plumbing Commission's public register before work starts.
We publish the distinction between registered and licensed, and the $750 compliance certificate threshold, because both affect whether you're insured and neither is obvious from an advertisement.

Distances are straight lines from the suburb centre, measured on OpenStreetMap data: to the nearest shoreline of the ocean, Port Phillip or Corio Bay (salt water), and to the nearest point of the Barwon River. Road and park names are the ones OpenStreetMap places inside the suburb boundary, or near the centre where there is no boundary.
A 90 m model evens out small dips and rises. It cannot show the fall of one block, so the pages print the heights as numbers only, and the levels are still checked on site.
